We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician who can accurately diagnose and repair a wide variety of makes and models. We're looking for a technician who takes pride in solving problems, fixing vehicles correctly, and helping customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable. If you're tired of working weekends, dealing with poor management, or lacking the equipment needed to do your job, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair customer concerns on domestic and import vehicles Perform repairs including: Brakes Steering and suspension Air conditioning systems Timing belts and timing chains Electrical diagnosis and repair Engine performance diagnostics Head gasket and intake manifold repairs Axles and drivetrain repairs Fluid leaks and fluid services Preventative maintenance services Verify customer concerns and accurately document findings Test drive vehicles to verify repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience Independent repair facility or dealership experience required Strong diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and good driving record Must supply your own hand tools What We Provide Diagnostic equipment Specialty tools and shop equipment Laptop access with Alldata and Identifix Ongoing training opportunities Certification reimbursement Supportive team environment Modern diagnostic resources Benefits No weekends Health insurance (50% paid by company) Company bonus opportunities Employee discounts Tuition reimbursement Paid training opportunities 2 Weeks Vacation(PTO)
