The Role:
We are taking the shop to the customer! As a Mobile Service Technician, you will operate a specialized Ford Mobile Service Vehicle to perform maintenance and light repairs at our customers' homes or workplaces. This role offers the perfect blend of technical work and independence, all while staying local to the Northwest Arkansas area!
Position Details:
Compensation:
$22•$30 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:00 PM (Enjoy your evenings and weekends!).
Travel:
Local routes only; no overnight travel required.
Resources:
We provide the Mobile Service Vehicle , all necessary tools , and state-of-the-art equipment .
What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements) and light mechanical repairs on-site. Conduct multi-point inspections and provide clear, honest digital reports to customers. Maintain the Ford Mobile Service Vehicle, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and ready for the day. Provide world-class customer service as the "face" of Superior Automotive Group out in the community. Ensure all work is performed accurately and safely according to Ford standards.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous Ford experience is strongly preferred .
Skillset:
A solid foundation in automotive repair and a "get-it-done" attitude.
Independence:
Ability to work efficiently without direct shop supervision.
Professionalism:
Excellent communication skills and a clean driving record are a must.
