Road Service Diesel Mechanic Blue Hill Fleet Solutions North Little Rock, AR Full-Time Join One of Central Arkansas' Fastest Growing Fleet Service Companies Blue Hill Fleet Solutions is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Road Service Mechanic to provide on-site repairs for commercial trucks, trailers, buses, motorhomes, and fleet vehicles throughout Central Arkansas. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems in the field, and helping customers get back on the road, we'd like to talk with you. This position includes a company service truck, modern diagnostic equipment, and a steady stream of work from our established commercial customer base. What You'll Do Perform mobile roadside diagnostics and repairs Repair diesel engines and related components Diagnose and repair air brake systems Repair electrical systems and lighting Diagnose starting and charging system issues Perform cooling system repairs Replace belts, hoses, and accessories Repair suspension and steering components Perform trailer repairs Complete preventive maintenance services Accurately document repairs and communicate with dispatch Provide professional customer service at every call Necessary Experience Experience with one or more of the following: Heavy-duty diesel trucks Medium-duty trucks Commercial trailers Fleet vehicles Hydraulic systems Air brake systems Electrical diagnostics Computer diagnostics Mobile service work Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Valid driver's license with clean driving record Pass pre-employment drug screening Must own basic mechanic tools Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift 75 pounds Willing/Able to manage After Hours On Call schedule Must be dependable and maintain a professional appearance Schedule Monday-Friday Some evenings and weekends as needed Overtime available Rotating on-call schedule Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company service truck Company uniforms Company-provided specialty tools and diagnostic equipment Paid vacation after probationary period Health insurance (company pays 50% of employee premium) Dental insurance available Vision insurance available Accident insurance available Cancer insurance available Opportunities for advancement Why Blue Hill Fleet Solutions?
