Automotive Technician (B-Level & Master Techs) The KAR Shop | Rogers, AR No Weekends. Early Schedule. Great Pay. Great Team. Work 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday-Friday Are you an experienced automotive technician who wants to work in a professional shop without sacrificing your personal life? The KAR Shop is growing, and we're looking for experienced B-Level Technicians and A-Level Master Technicians to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. We're a family-owned repair shop that has been serving Northwest Arkansas since 2006, and we've built a reputation for treating both our customers and our employees the right way. Early hours:

6 AM - 2 PM. Be home every afternoon. Clean, organized, modern shop. Strong leadership and no drama. Consistent workflow and steady hours. Team environment where your experience is valued. Our longest-tenured technician has been with us 15 years , and several others are nearing 10 years . People build careers here.

What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnosing and repairing domestic and import vehicles. Performing advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting. Engine repair/replacement. Brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs. Electrical diagnostics. Maintenance services as needed. Communicating findings clearly with service advisors and team members. Helping maintain shop efficiency and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

B-Level Technicians:

Strong diagnostic and repair experience. Able to work independently. Comfortable handling most common repairs. Desire to continue growing skills. A-Level /

Master Technicians:

Advanced diagnostic abilities. Strong electrical/drivability troubleshooting skills. Engine/transmission repair experience preferred. ASE certifications are a plus.
