RV Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in RV service, particularly within a dealership environment. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of campers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical & water systems. Utilize hand tools and equipment to execute repairs efficiently and effectively. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each camper. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest RV technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training. Qualifications Proven experience as a technician or similar role in a service environment, preferably at a dealership. Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair. Familiarity with RV systems is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required.
