We are looking for skilled techs with strong diagnostic ability and experience handling major engine, transmission, diesel, and fleet repairs in a fast-paced environment. This is NOT an entry-level or lube technician position. Pay & Benefits Flat rate pay: $30-$50 per flat-rate hour DOE Pay based on experience, certifications, and diagnostic ability Consistent heavyline and fleet work available Dealer-paid Ford manufacturer training Advancement opportunities within a growing dealership Busy shop with strong workflow and support staff Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues Perform heavyline repairs including engines, transmissions, drivability, diesel, cooling systems, and major component replacement Service and maintain fleet vehicles to ensure reliability and uptime Use OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately Test-drive vehicles to verify concerns and completed repairs Communicate findings and repair recommendations with advisors and management Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current on Ford systems, technology, and training Qualifications Heavyline, diesel, or fleet experience strongly required Ford experience preferred but not required Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Ability to work independently and efficiently ASE certifications are a plus Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic and team mentality
