We are building one around it. Copperhead Diesel Performance is looking for an experienced automotive or light-duty diesel technician who wants to do high-level work in a shop that values accuracy, structure, communication, and craftsmanship. We specialize in GM, Ford, and Ram diesel trucks, including diagnostics, major repairs, drivability concerns, fuel systems, emissions systems, oil leaks, steering, suspension, and performance upgrades. Our work is often more involved than basic maintenance, so we are looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems and doing the job correctly. This is a good fit for the technician who gets handed the hard jobs, takes pride in clean work, documents findings clearly, and wants to keep improving. You may not be actively looking for a new job, but if you are tired of chaos, rushed repairs, poor communication, or a shop that does not support quality work, this may be worth a conversation. We are looking for someone who: Has strong automotive or diesel repair experience Takes ownership of their work Communicates and documents clearly Cares about fixing the whole vehicle, not just replacing parts Wants to keep improving their skillset Respects clients, teammates, tools, and the shop Can follow a process without needing to be micromanaged Diesel experience with Duramax, Power Stroke, or Cummins platforms is strongly preferred, but we will also consider a strong automotive technician with the right mindset and desire to grow.
