This is a hands-on role . You will be performing oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance while working as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment. We are looking for someone reliable, coachable, and ready to work — not someone who needs constant supervision. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid services efficiently and correctly Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs Check and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades Perform tire rotations and basic tire services Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and service procedures Communicate clearly with team members and management Requirements Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred Comfortable working with hand tools and in a shop environment Ability to work on your feet and handle a physically active role Strong work ethic and reliability (shows up on time, ready to work) Coachable and able to follow direction Valid driver's license What We're Looking For Someone who works with urgency and takes pride in their work Team player who contributes to overall shop performance Willing to learn and grow into more advanced roles Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment Growth Opportunity This is an entry point into automotive service with the opportunity to move into: Upper Bay Technician Lead Technician Assistant Manager Advancement is based on performance — not time.
