What You'll Do Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and accurately identify mechanical and electrical concerns Complete repairs and maintenance on Toyota, Lexus, Tesla, and other Japanese vehicles Perform oil services, brake repairs, suspension repairs, wheel alignments, cooling system repairs, and other maintenance services Diagnose drivability, electrical, hybrid, and performance concerns Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings using our digital inspection process Utilize hand tools, specialty tools, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment efficiently Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development Follow shop procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience ASE Certifications are a plus Toyota, Lexus, Tesla, or dealership experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with electrical, drivability, and mechanical repairs Positive attitude and team-player mentality Reliable, dependable, and professional Willingness to attend ongoing training and continually improve skills Ability to safely lift and handle automotive parts and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Lexpert Auto Care?
