Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shop settings. A shop technician will assist in building, maintaining and customizing trucks and SXS's. You'll work with an experienced team installing aftermarket parts, performing mechanical repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensure every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install aftermarket off-road parts and accessories on trucks and SXS's Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance Install suspension, steering, drivetrain, and brake components Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work efficiently while collaborating with the rest of the team Replace and balance various tire sizes Other Responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in a shop environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Must have your own tools Automotive or mechanical experience required Off-road experience is a plus but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Reliable transportation and a clean driver's license Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced shop environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
