Available Roles & Key Responsibilities Entry-Level / Apprentice Technician Perform basic maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks. Conduct tire services, including rotations, balancing, and pressure checks. Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings. Work alongside mentors to develop advanced technical skills. Mid-Level (B-Level) Technician Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, and AC. Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs. Execute warranty and non-warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards. Master Certified Technician Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions with high accuracy. Perform advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, and drive train systems. Mentor and supervise apprentice technicians as assigned. Licensing:

Aptitude:

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate diagnostic equipment.

Physical:
