About Automotive Dynamics Automotive Dynamics is a family-owned auto repair shop that has served Sun City honestly for over 44 years. Founded in 1982, we built our reputation the right way: ASE-certified work, no upselling, no commission on repair bills, and customers who came back to us for decades. We are an A+ BBB-rated, NAPA Auto Care, AAA Approved Auto Repair facility. We're hiring a General Service Technician to join our team and learn the trade alongside experienced techs. About the Role The General Service Technician handles the routine maintenance work that keeps our customers' vehicles running and our shop moving
- oil changes, tire service, fluid checks, and inspections. This is a great entry point into the automotive trade. No prior shop experience is required; if you're reliable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn, we'll train you. There's a clear path to grow into a higher-paid service technician role as you gain skills and certifications. Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes and routine fluid services
- Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires
- Complete multi-point and courtesy inspections
- Check and top off fluids, replace wipers, bulbs, and batteries
- Assist senior technicians with brake, suspension, and basic repair work
- Keep the shop, bays, and equipment clean and organized
- Document all work accurately in the shop management system
- Follow all shop safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and work in shop conditions with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a lube, quick-service, or automotive shop
- Basic hand tools (we'll help you build your set over time)
- Familiarity with shop management or inspection software
- Bilingual English/Spanish (job-related

- Full-time, year-round
Monday-Friday:
7:30 AM- 5:00 PM
Saturday:
8:00 AM- 2:00 PM (rotating)
- Sundays closed
- No nights Pay
- $16.00
- $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
- We do not pay commission on parts or a percentage of repair bills
