Master of Diagnostics Wanted:
A-Level Automotive Technician (No Weekends!)
Location:
Surprise, AZ Earning Potential:
$75,000-$110,000+ per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | No Weekends Are You the Tech Who Figures Out What Others Can't? When other shops are stuck… you're just getting started. We're looking for a highly skilled A-Level Technician who thrives on solving the tough stuff — electrical issues, drivability concerns, older vehicles, light diesel work, and complex diagnostics. If you want to fully use your skillset in a clean, professional, no-drama shop that respects your expertise — this is your place. What You Bring 8+ years of experience (independent shop, dealership, or both) Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic skills Strong understanding of CAN networks, electrical systems, and diagnostic strategy Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel, and RVs Own your basic tools (we provide advanced diagnostics & specialty equipment) A team-first mindset — no egos, no shortcuts Dependable, honest, and takes pride in doing the job right What You'll Work On Gas & diesel vehicles, light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and RVs True diagnostic work — not just parts swapping Complex repairs other shops send away No fluff work — no tires, no body, no paint Compensation & Benefits $75,000-$110,000+ annually (based on skill and production) Health insurance ( 50% employer-paid ) Dental & vision available 401(k) retirement plan
