Job Description

European Automotive Technician, Mercedes-Benz Technician, BMW Technician, Audi Technician, Master Technician, Automotive Diagnostic Technician, ASE Certified, XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, OEM Diagnostics, Electrical Diagnostics, Drivability Diagnostics. How many hours could you flag in a busy, well-run European repair shop where inspections are actually presented, approved repairs are scheduled, and you have the equipment to do the job right? We're looking for an experienced European automotive technician who enjoys fixing cars, takes pride in quality work, and wants to work in a shop that removes the obstacles that keep good technicians from succeeding. What We Offer No weekends. Flexible scheduling. Top pay. Health insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability paid 100% by the company. Simple IRA with company match. Paid training and continuing education. Your ideas matter. We welcome technician input on shop policies and procedures. A drama-free team that genuinely enjoys working together. The cleanest, nicest, and most comfortable shop in town. Proven systems and processes that help you flag hours instead of waiting on approvals. Need a specialty tool? If we don't already have it, we'll get it. Every recommended repair or service identified during your inspection is presented to the customer. You won't spend time finding work that never gets offered. What We're Looking For You take pride in fixing cars instead of just replacing parts. Professional experience working on European vehicles. Ability to perform inspections, testing, and repairs accurately. Your own basic tools. Reliable, dependable, and accountable. Someone who works well with others. We have a great team and intend to keep it that way. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. If you want to work in a shop that listens to its technicians, continually refines its processes, and is committed to doing things the right way, let's talk.
