Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of construction equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on our vehicles Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on our construction equipment (i.e. John Deer Backhoe/Loaders, compressors, etc.) Troubleshoot mechanical issues Repair or replace faulty parts on entire fleet Maintain detailed maintenance records Requirements Mechanic experience Experience working on/with gas & diesel engines Strong communication skills (Proficient in English and Spanish is a plus) Good driving record - As you will be required to drive a company vehicle Willing to drive to various locations throughout Orange, Riverside, LA and San Bernardino Counties to work on vehicles/equipment on construction sites Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
