We are looking for a technician who can confidently diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, and hybrid system concerns while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Experience with hybrid systems, electrical diagnostics, and wiring repairs is highly desirable as demand for these skills continues to grow in the industry. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong experience with Japanese vehicles including: Toyota Lexus Honda Acura Nissan Infiniti Subaru Mazda Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose and repair: Electrical systems Wiring concerns CAN network communication faults Check engine and drivability issues Hybrid vehicle systems Experience using factory-level scan tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record ASE Certifications preferred but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs Diagnose electrical and wiring concerns Troubleshoot hybrid and high-voltage systems Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs Accurately document findings and recommendations Work closely with service advisors and other technicians Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills Proven dealership experience with Japanese or hybrid vehicle repairs is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Skilled in reading schematics and automotive diagnostics tools for precise troubleshooting. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment techniques, and vehicle maintenance protocols. Excellent hand tool proficiency along with experience operating power tools and welding equipment.
