  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles, utilizing advanced automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot issues and ensure proper repairs are made. Execute vehicle alignments and other mechanical adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimates for repairs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and diesel engine repair techniques. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during all repair processes. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, preferably with dealership experience. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including familiarity with Diesel & European vehicles. Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Experience with welding is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are preferred.
