We are a growing mobile fleet service company providing onsite repairs and maintenance for commercial fleets throughout Southern California. We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic ability, solid work ethic, and experience working independently in the field. Position Overview This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining: Mercedes Benz Sprinters Ford Transit vans Diesel trucks and fleet vehicles Trailers and commercial equipment This is a mobile service position, so candidates must be comfortable working at customer locations, fleet yards, and job sites. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel and gas fleet vehicles Troubleshoot electrical, starting, charging, AC, suspension, brake, and engine systems Perform PM services and inspections Diagnose drivability concerns and fault codes Complete repairs efficiently and professionally Communicate clearly with management regarding job status and parts needed Maintain organized and accurate service notes Represent the company professionally onsite Preferred Experience Mercedes Benz Sprinter diagnostics and repair Ford Transit repair and maintenance Diesel engine diagnostics Fleet maintenance experience Electrical diagnostics Brake and suspension systems Aftertreatment and emissions systems Mobile mechanic experience preferred Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Own basic mechanic tools Ability to work independently Strong diagnostic skills Professional attitude and reliability Ability to lift heavy components and work in various weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company service vehicle Supportive team environment Opportunity for long term growth Location Southern California Based near Carson To Apply Please send: Resume or work history Certifications (if applicable) Experience details Contact information Join a company that values honesty, hard work, and serving others with excellence.
