We are a busy shop with consistent workflow and need someone who can come in and contribute right away. You must be able to operate computers efficently, we perform deep digital inspections and all work is done in Tekmetrics. What You'll Be Doing Perform repairs including: Brakes, suspension, and steering components Cooling systems and fluid services Tune-ups and maintenance Basic engine and drivability repairs Follow digital inspections and complete assigned work accurately Work alongside diagnostic techs for more advanced issues Maintain steady productivity and efficiency throughout the day Requirements 2-5+ years of automotive repair experience Ability to complete jobs without constant supervision Strong understanding of basic diagnostics and repair procedures Own tools required Valid driver's license (no SR-22) Good attitude and reliability — no babysitting needed How Our Shop Runs All workflow, inspections, and estimates go through Tekmetric Jobs are assigned based on skill level and efficiency Service writers handle customer communication — you focus on fixing cars No chaos — structured workflow and clear expectations What We're Looking For A tech who can knock out work consistently and correctly Someone who stays on task and follows instructions Team player who communicates with advisors and other techs Willing to learn and grow into higher-level work over time Schedule 5 days a week Full-time position Pay Competitive hourly or flat rate (based on experience) Opportunity for growth as skill level increases How to Apply Reply through Indeed with your experience and background.
