Pay Scale:

Base hourly rate ranges between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. Why Join Our Team Stable, family-owned organization with long-term growth High-volume dealership with consistent workflow Strong support team Opportunities for advancement and skill development Ongoing training in multi-brand and advanced vehicle systems What You'll Do Perform full vehicle reconditioning, including mechanical and safety repairs Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems Complete multi-point inspections and identify repair needs Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid services, and filter replacements Prepare used vehicles for front-line readiness and resale Ensure all repairs meet dealership quality and safety standards Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool care Communicate effectively with service advisors and recon team What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician or reconditioning experience required Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Experience with multiple vehicle makes and models preferred Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Preferred Experience Experience working on ½ ton trucks and larger vehicles Diesel truck experience a plus Multi-brand automotive repair experience Prior dealership or high-volume recon experience Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off & Holidays Company-paid life insurance Employee discounts Manufacturer training opportunities Flexible work schedule Apply Today!!!
