In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring top-tier service quality. Your expertise will drive technical excellence and support our mission to provide exceptional automotive solutions to our clients. Duties Lead, mentor, provide technical support for a technicians to perform high-quality repairs and diagnostics on diverse vehicle makes and models Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using advanced tools to identify issues with powertrain, electrical systems, brake systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Support for manager in customer service, estimating, scheduling, and marketing. Perform electrical mechanical repairs including interiors, suspension, advanced safety systems Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot automotive electrical systems and other complex components Execute precise wheel alignments, steering calibrations, and vehicle service procedures following manufacturer specifications Utilize hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software to ensure efficient workflow and accurate documentation Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all repairs meet quality standards Skills Strong background in automotive repair and service technician roles Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting Mechanical knowledge of electrical powertrain, and vehicle maintenance practices Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scanners, alignment machinery Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures and automotive electrical systems diagnostics Experience with repair and service of Tesla vehicles and other EV's.
