RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services Always maintaining an organized and clean workspace Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Employer's values in all interactions Other duties given by supervisor, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1-3 years of automotive technician experience Automotive Dealership experience preferred Highline or European experience a plus Automotive technical training or certification from an accredited automotive technical school preferred ASE Certification a plus Smog license a plus Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools Valid Driver's License and clean driving record A positive and friendly attitude Great communication skills High school diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION
The Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $50.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Hourly and Flat Rate based on experience and certifications. We are a drug free environment. As part of our hiring process, we conduct a post-offer background check and drug screening.
