This is an entry-level position where we provide full training to help you become a certified Car Key Sales Technician. In this role, you will learn how to cut, duplicate, and program car keys, while also developing customer service and sales skills working with one of our major automotive partners. We operate inside Costco locations throughout Riverside County, including Moreno Valley, Eastvale, Chino Hills, La Quinta, and City of Industry. (Operations are Tuesdays - Sundays) •Please note this position will require traveling• What you will learn Technical & Sales Skills Customer acquisition & sales techniques Processing transactions and handling customers Cutting and programming key fobs Troubleshooting key-related issues Backend & Management Development Tracking and reporting sales, production, and inventory Using client portals and internal systems Understanding daily performance metrics (conversion, revenue, productivity) Inventory management and ordering processes Scheduling, time management, and workflow optimization Team leadership basics and coaching new hires

Requirements:

Must pass a background check Clean driving record (MVR required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be flexible to travel locally and out of state based on business needs (travel required for this role) Strong time management and organization skills Comfortable with physical work (getting in/out of vehicles, retrieving VINs, etc.) Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean)

Responsibilities:

Cut, duplicate, and program car keys with accuracy and efficiency Actively engage customers, present services, and drive daily sales and revenue goals Maintain a high conversion rate by confidently communicating value and closing sales Troubleshoot key and vehicle issues to ensure successful programming and customer satisfaction Track and report daily sales, production, and inventory with accuracy Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets Promote services to walk-up customers and create new sales opportunities Deliver a high-energy, customer-focused sales experience Leadership & Growth Opportunity (Fast Track) Opportunity to quickly grow into a leadership role based on performance Take ownership of daily operations and help drive location performance Learn how to manage a team, improve sales numbers, and hit business goals Assist in training and developing new hires Gain hands-on experience in inventory control, scheduling, and workflow management Be part of building and scaling a growing market and team Develop skills to manage your own location or territory in the future

Pay:
