MOBILE AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC
$2000 SIGN-ON BONUS We're looking for an experienced Mobile Automotive Mechanic to join our fleet service team. In this role, you'll work independently across multiple locations, performing diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles. This position is ideal for technicians who values autonomy, consistent hourly pay (non flat rate) and working with modern tools in a growing, tech-enabled service model. 12pm-8:30pm Mon-Fri
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Requirements:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and potential problems. Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle malfunctions and determine appropriate repair methods. Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time required for completion. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Test and verify repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, technical manuals, and service bulletins. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
Must be 18 years or older with the ability to drive Must be an energetic self-starter willing to work in all weather conditions to include but not limited to hot and cold temperatures, rain, snow, and sleet. At least 5 years working experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components. Familiarity with diagnostic and repair manuals such as ProDemand with the ability to interpret and follow specifications. Must be patient, persistent, and possess problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to challenging repairs. Must supply your own basic tools Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
