General repair and diagnostics on a broad mix of vehicles BMW, Audi, Mercedes Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia Lexus, Acura, Jeep, Mazda, GM, Ford and more Consistent car count around 22 to 25 cars per day Workflow is distributed to give you both good hours and growth opportunities Team environment where everyone jumps in when a job gets tricky Tools, technology and training You will have access to serious tools and information so you can do the job right. Scan tools and equipment include iScan Autel Snap On Autologic Factory level tools for Ford, GM, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Toyota Lexus, Honda Acura, Jeep Shop management and DVI Mitchell1 Report Pro and Bolt On for digital vehicle inspections Information, support and training Subscriptions to IATN and Diag dot net Membership in ASCCA Mini breakout trainings on "troubled cars" WorldPac, SSF, SEMA and local training events, with most classes paid by the shop Required minimum of two paid training classes per year, chosen by you How the team works This is a fast paced shop with a laid back management style. Solid, recent experience as an automotive technician in a professional shop environment Strong general repair skills with the ability to handle a wide range of makes and models Comfortable using modern scan tools and information systems or willing to learn quickly Willing to take on challenging work and continue your education Team player who works well with others and is willing to help when someone is stuck Calm, professional attitude that fits a fast paced but no nonsense, no drama environment Preferred, not required ASE certifications or a clear plan to get them Experience with European vehicles is a plus If you are looking for a shop where you can build a future, be treated like a professional, and still have a life outside of work, Larsen Automotive in Culver City would like to talk with you!
