Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrains. Conduct wheel alignments, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs with precision. Assist with vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating and communicate repair progress effectively. Requirements Minimum of 10 years previous experience as a mechanic is a must Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Solid knowledge of automotive electrical systems, engine repair, transmissions, and powertrain components. Familiarity with ADAS technology, schematics reading, and automotive diagnostics software. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including alignment and suspension work. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices safely and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. $29.44 - $35.46 per hour
