Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential maintenance services, including tire replacements, rotations, alignments, oil changes, and vehicle inspections. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will ensure each vehicle is serviced efficiently and safely. Duties Perform tire service tasks such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacing tires with precision and care Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using hand tools and power tools efficiently Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and tire longevity Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic automotive diagnostics to identify necessary repairs Use mechanical knowledge to support vehicle maintenance tasks, including brake inspections and fluid replacements Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently Requirements Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tools, and maintenance procedures Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Physical ability to lift heavy tires or equipment regularly during service tasks Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Service technician experience or related automotive service background is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and maintenance procedures Embark on a rewarding career path where your mechanical skills make a real difference! Pay:
$18.00 - $29.38 per hour
