(TTMS) is seeking a skilled and reliable Diesel Mechanic / Trailer Technician to perform on-site and roadside repairs throughout Los Angeles County. This position requires a self-motivated technician who can diagnose and repair equipment independently in the field. Responsibilities Perform BIT inspections (90-day & annual) Diagnose and repair electrical issues (shorts, lights, 7-way, liftgates) Troubleshoot and repair ABS systems (sensors, wiring, valves) Repair air leaks, brake systems, and suspension components Service and repair roll-up doors (hinges, rollers, cables, operators) Perform DPF diagnostics and repairs Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, filters, tire service) Diagnose and repair reefer units (basic fuel and electrical issues) Complete daily work reports accurately Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience in diesel/trailer repair Strong electrical diagnostic skills (REQUIRED) Experience with trailers (dry vans, chassis, etc.) Valid driver's license (clean record preferred for insurance approval) Ability to work independently in the field Must have own basic tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile service Knowledge of BIT/CHP inspections Welding experience (a plus, not required) Reefer experience (Carrier units a plus) Work Schedule Monday - Friday Occasional Saturdays (as needed) Overtime available Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Company service truck provided (for qualified candidates) Steady work year-round Important Notes This is a field/mobile position , not a shop job Only serious applicants with hands-on experience will be considered Must be able to pass driving eligibility through insurance How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your experience/resume.
