This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay may differ depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. The Flat Rate Range is for this position is $33.80 - $62.00.
