We currently have immediate opportunities for Detail Technicians and are also interested in candidates with Paint Touch-Up, Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), Cosmetic Repair, Wheel Repair, Interior Repair, or other automotive reconditioning experience. Candidates with experience in only one of these skill areas are encouraged to apply. Experience in all disciplines is not required. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new operation from the ground up while working alongside a team committed to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Depending on your experience and skill set, responsibilities may include: Vehicle detailing and appearance enhancement Paint touch-up and cosmetic paint repair Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Wheel repair and refinishing Interior repair and restoration Buffing, polishing, and wet sanding Minor body and cosmetic repairs Vehicle inspections and damage assessment Preparing vehicles for customer delivery and sale Additional responsibilities include: Performing work according to company quality standards Meeting daily productivity goals Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas Following all safety policies and procedures Communicating vehicle status and repair needs with management Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing, reconditioning, collision repair, cosmetic repair, dealership service, auction reconditioning, or related automotive fields preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to maintain a valid driver's license during employment as well as be insurable under company guidelines Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $35.00 per hour + Production Bonus/Commission based on experience and qualifications Production bonus and commission opportunities Full-time employment Eligible employees may participate in company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and other benefit programs in accordance with plan eligibility requirements Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a shop and production environment Ability to work around noise, dust, paint products, and automotive chemicals Schedule Typical schedule is Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work based on business/customer needs Why Join SolutionWorks West?
