About the Role We're looking for a skilled, precise, and driven Ford Certified technician who specializes in brake systems, front-end repairs, and vehicle diagnostics . You'll handle everything from multi-point inspections to advanced electrical diagnostics, suspension systems, and everything in between. Whether you're tackling a complex ABS issue or dialing in the perfect alignment, you'll be a key player in delivering safe, high-quality service that keeps our customers on the road—and coming back.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair brake systems, suspension components, steering systems, and electrical faults with confidence and expertise. Perform Ford factory-level diagnostics and repair on front-end and driveline components. Complete thorough multi-point inspections and make accurate service recommendations. Execute repairs efficiently and with precision, always following Ford and Aaron Ford standards. Work independently or collaboratively in a clean, organized, safety-focused environment. Maintain accurate service records and keep up-to-date with ongoing Ford training.

- Steering and Suspension Ford Master or Senior Master Certification strongly preferred.
3-5 years of hands-on vehicle service experience, particularly in brake and suspension systems. Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record. ASE Certification is a plus but not required. High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
