Bill's Auto Care & Tires is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. Position Requirements 1-3 years of automotive service advisor/service writer experience required. Tekmetric experience is a strong plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to build estimates and confidently present repair recommendations. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-first mindset. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Accurately document customer concerns and create repair orders. Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly and honestly. Communicate effectively with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently. Provide timely updates to customers throughout the repair process. Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized, productive workflow. Ensure every customer leaves feeling informed, valued, and confident in our service.
