This position is designed for an experienced technician who specializes in electrical diagnostics, drivability concerns, engine performance, network communication systems, and complex vehicle repairs. Why Join Lumin Folsom Mitsubishi? $40-$45 per hour guaranteed base pay Production bonus opportunities 40-60+ flagged hours available weekly Consistent workflow and strong car count Dedicated advisor support Fast parts availability and minimal downtime Modern equipment and diagnostic tools Clean, organized, professional shop environment Efficient dispatching and strong management support Ongoing OEM training and career development Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding dealership Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, HVAC, hybrid, EV, and ADAS concerns Utilize OEM service information, wiring diagrams, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and advanced diagnostic equipment Perform root-cause analysis and accurate diagnostics Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and procedures Accurately document findings, testing procedures, and repair recommendations Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify maintenance and repair opportunities Assist team members with advanced diagnostic challenges when needed Maintain high productivity while delivering quality repairs Ensure low comeback rates through proper diagnosis and repair verification Qualifications 5+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic experience Proven Master Technician or A-Level Technician experience Strong electrical, drivability, and network diagnostic skills Experience diagnosing CAN bus, module communication, and intermittent concerns Dealership experience strongly preferred ASE Master Technician certification preferred Mitsubishi, Nissan, Asian import, or OEM dealership experience a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional tool set required Compensation & Benefits $40.00-$45.00 per hour base pay Monthly production bonus opportunities Paid training and OEM certification programs Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Employee discounts Career advancement opportunities Who We're Looking For We are seeking a technician who thrives on solving difficult problems, takes ownership of repairs, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
