Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally during service visits Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair requests accurately Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards Monitor open repair orders and follow up with customers as needed Ensure all documentation and warranty information is completed properly

Requirements/Qualifications:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, and/or Dealership Service experience is required Luxury dealership experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Organized, professional, and detail-oriented Experience using dealership management software preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
