2222 E Cesar Chavez Blvd., Fresno, CA 93721 Automotive Service Advisor $80,000 - $140,000+ Expected Annual Income High Customer Traffic | Career Growth Opportunity Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, and/or Dealership Service Experience is Required. Land Rover Fresno is growing and actively seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most recognizable luxury automotive brands in the world while building a long-term career with strong earning potential and a loyal customer base. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving dealership environment, communicates effectively with customers, and understands how to deliver a premium ownership experience from write-up to delivery. If you take pride in building relationships, managing repair orders efficiently, and helping customers feel confident throughout the service process, we want to speak with you.

Greet customers promptly and professionally during service visits Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair requests accurately Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards Monitor open repair orders and follow up with customers as needed Ensure all documentation and warranty information is completed properlyRequirements/Qualifications:
Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, and/or Dealership Service experience is required Luxury dealership experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Organized, professional, and detail-oriented Experience using dealership management software preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
