Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and dealership lot
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of keys and vehicles
  • Provide support to the sales and service departments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Cash handling experience is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
  • Retail math: Ability to perform basic calculations related to sales transactions, discounts, and pricing.
  • Manual transmission: Proficiency in operating vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Bilingual:
    Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Delivery driver: Experience in making deliveries or transporting goods.
  • Guest services: Ability to provide exceptional service to customers or guests.
  • Drive:
    Possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles safely.
  • Cash register: Familiarity with operating cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
  • Customer service: Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Valet parking: Experience in providing valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
