This is not a position where you do one thing all day. You will be involved in all stages of the prep process and we expect you to handle each one with care. If you take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

∙ Surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and priming ∙ Masking vehicles and components for paint-ready results ∙ Disassembly of panels, trim, and hardware prior to work ∙ Reassembly after paint or repair — correctly and cleanly ∙ General shop support and maintaining a clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

∙ Prior experience in auto body prep, paint, or a related trade ∙ Valid driver's license required ∙ Self-disciplined — you manage your time and hold yourself accountable ∙ Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss and you care about the difference ∙ Understands that quality is the expectation, not the exception ∙ Able to work independently and take direction when needed
