• Service Advisor Wanted I'm looking for a Service Advisor who wants to become great at this job.

Not just someone who answers phones. Not just someone who writes estimates. Not someone who waits for customers to decide. I need someone who can guide customers. When a technician finds something important, especially safety-related, the advisor has to explain it clearly, confidently, and with care. I'm not looking for perfect. I'm looking for coachable. If you have good energy, care about people, can communicate clearly, and want to grow, I can train you. But you must be willing to improve. You must be okay with feedback. You must move fast. You must care about doing the job right.
