Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician/Smog Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, smog checks, and other basic automotive services. Duties:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services
• Conduct tire rotations, repairs, and replacements
• Complete basic automotive services such as fluid checks and top-offs
• Assist with vehicle inspections and diagnostics
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or Lube Technician preferred
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and equipment
• Familiarity with power tools and automotive diagnostic tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Management experience a plus
