The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with diesel tractors and pick ups. Will be in charge of all service on equipment along with communications with dealer to order parts for repair. Monday through Fridays 6 AM to 3 PM. Duties Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs on all dairy operations equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on diesel tractors and heavy-duty pickup trucks. Manage diagnostic processes using vehicle scanners and electronic equipment. Coordinate directly with equipment dealerships to troubleshoot issues and order the correct parts for repair. Maintain clean and accurate records of vehicle service history and parts inventory. Skills Proven mechanic experience working on diesel tractors and pickup trucks. Proficiency in operating vehicle diagnostic scanners. Willingness to attend follow-up training and classes to stay updated on evolving scanner technology. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parts dealers and management. Ability to manage your own workflow and take full charge of the repair shop. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is strongly preferred.
