AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN WANTED

Beach Cities Auto Clinic, Hermosa Beach, CA Let's skip the usual "We're like family" speech. You've been in this industry long enough to know: A "quick brake job" can turn into a wheel bearing, caliper, and existential crisis. "It just started making the noise yesterday" usually means six months ago. Every customer has "already replaced everything." The service information is wrong approximately 17% of the time. And somehow, the check engine light always comes back on Friday at 4:45 PM. Sound familiar? Good. You own every Snap-On wrench ever made. You're ASE certified in everything including spacecraft repair.

You diagnose before firing the parts cannon. You take pride in your work. You show up. You help your teammates. You can laugh when the labor guide says a three-hour job takes 0.8. This is not an entry-level position. A minimum of 5 years of diagnostic experience is required, but we're really looking for someone with 10+ years of experience who can confidently tackle electrical, drivability, and complex diagnostic problems without relying on the parts cannon. If you've ever fixed a car that three other shops couldn't, you're probably the type of technician we're looking for. We need a true diagnostician, not a parts replacer.
