Job Overview Sam's Auto Doctor is a growing mobile mechanic business looking for a reliable and organized Automotive Service Advisor / Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is professional with customers, strong with communication, and able to help keep our daily workflow organized and running smoothly. This role is focused on customer communication, scheduling, follow-ups, dispatching, and helping the business grow through strong organization and customer service. We are building a long-term team and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and text messages professionally Schedule customer appointments and organize technician workflow Follow up with estimates and pending jobs Keep customers updated on technician arrival times and repair progress Coordinate with technician throughout the day to keep jobs running efficiently Assist with invoices, payments, and customer follow-up Help reduce missed calls and improve customer experience Maintain organized records of appointments, estimates, and completed jobs Support a positive and professional team environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Basic computer and phone skills required Previous customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or automotive experience is a plus Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company What We Offer Flexible schedule Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company Professional and respectful work environment Performance bonuses available based on organization, customer service, and workflow performance
