Our company is looking for a Subaru Service Technician to join our team. Subaru automotive training is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Inspect and perform testing on new vehicles, record findings so that necessary repairs can be made. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.

Requirements:

Strong automotive background is preferred. Subaru experience. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Effective analytical and communication skills. Must be able to handle interruptions and perform simultaneous tasks. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information. Factory trained Subaru experience or experience preferred. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Team Player and focused on maintaining a high-level guest service. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as an auto technician. Must have a valid driver's license
