From luxury weddings and corporate events to major festivals and large-scale productions, our team supports some of the biggest events in the region. We operate a large fleet of trucks, trailers, forklifts, generators, machinery, and event equipment — and we're looking for a motivated Junior Mechanic / Fleet Associate to help keep our operation safe, clean, organized, and event-ready. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their mechanical career who wants hands-on experience working around commercial vehicles, equipment, and production operations. What You'll Do Perform daily safety inspections on trucks, trailers, forklifts, generators, and equipment Wash and detail company vehicles and equipment (interior and exterior) Assist with preventative maintenance and basic repairs Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to the Head Mechanic Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and yard Monitor tire condition, fluid levels, lighting, batteries, brakes, and trailer systems Assist with equipment preparation before and after events Support inventory and organization of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies Help ensure all company equipment is presentation-ready and operating safely What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Interest in mechanics, fleet maintenance, fabrication, or equipment operations Comfortable working around trucks, trailers, machinery, and tools Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness and organization Ability to lift and move equipment as needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required Experience with trailers, diesel equipment, forklifts, or automotive work is a plus Growth Opportunities This role can grow into: Fleet Maintenance Technician Equipment Manager Shop Lead CDL Driver Production Operations Team Fabrication & Installation Support We believe strongly in promoting from within and developing long-term team members.
