In this role, you will be responsible for performing quick and efficient oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance services. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and safely, providing an exceptional service experience. A strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with automotive repair, and a passion for vehicle maintenance are essential to succeed in this role. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs accurately and efficiently. Conduct tire rotations, balance tires, and assist with tire service including mounting and dismounting. Assist with basic vehicle inspections and identify potential mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications. Support alignment services and other light mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Proven mechanic experience with knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to perform oil changes, tire services, alignments, and basic repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Service technician experience is a plus; a proactive attitude toward learning new skills is essential.
