You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of all car wash equipment and systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, industrial maintenance experience, and technical skills to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on car wash machinery, including hydraulic systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical components. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using precision measuring instruments, schematics, and technical manuals. Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure safety and compliance. Troubleshoot electrical problems. address low voltage and high voltage issues effectively. Support field service operations by responding promptly to equipment failures or malfunctions on-site. Assist with installation of new machinery or upgrades following schematics and technical specifications. Requirements Proven industrial mechanic experience within manufacturing facilities or similar environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hydraulics. Practical knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures including troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately. Experience working with field service teams in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation for effective communication with team members and clients. Fluency in English required for clear communication across diverse teams.
