In this role, you will be responsible for performing fast, efficient oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure vehicle safety, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall operation of our service department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Conduct quick and thorough oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques to meet safety and quality standards Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as tire rotations, tire service, and fluid top-offs Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify common issues and communicate findings clearly Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform maintenance tasks efficiently Support alignment services and other light mechanical repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering customer questions confidently Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with vehicle maintenance, oil changes, tire service, and basic repairs Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and the use of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive service procedures including alignments and general vehicle maintenance Service technician experience that demonstrates strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various maintenance tasks Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members Join us as a Quick Lube Technician if you're passionate about automotive care, eager to learn new skills, and ready to contribute to a team dedicated to delivering top-quality vehicle service.
