Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! Duties Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair with precision and care Conduct oil changes using appropriate lubricants and ensure proper disposal of used fluids Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and safety standards Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform routine maintenance tasks Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, diagnose problems using automotive diagnostics tools, and communicate findings effectively Maintain vehicle maintenance records accurately and ensure all work meets safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive service technician experience highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair procedures Knowledge of automotive diagnostics systems and mechanical principles Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment in a professional setting Experience performing tire service, oil changes, brake inspections, and basic repairs is desirable Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely while maintaining proper technique Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a real difference!
