Kia / Hyundai Master Technician (Automotive) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kia or Hyundai Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic abilities, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. This role requires a team player who can efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues while maintaining dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Kia and/or Hyundai vehicles Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Ensure all work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards Properly document repair orders with detailed notes and findings Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia/Hyundai systems, tools, and technology Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status Ensure comebacks are minimized through proper diagnosis and repair

Qualifications:

Kia or Hyundai Master Technician Certification (preferred or required) 2+ years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills Experience with factory scan tools and service information systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay:

$25.00
