Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. This role involves performing routine oil changes, tire services, and general automotive diagnostics to ensure the safety and reliability of our clients' vehicles. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Conduct tire service, including rotation, balancing, and replacement as needed. Utilize power tools and equipment to maintain and repair vehicles efficiently. Assist in general vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Diagnose basic mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions or repairs. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Engage with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and recommend additional services when necessary. Experience Previous experience in automotive service or repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
