Service & Warranty Lead to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of end-to-end aftersales service and warranty solutions for an automotive enterprise. This role will act as the functional authority for Service Operations and Warranty Management, ensuring seamless integration betweenSAP S/4HANA
, Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service , and external dealer systems via middleware (Workato). Required Qualifications 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in Service & Warranty domains Hands-on experience with:SAP S/4HANA
